1. Decision Scientist

supports the employees, but management should go by an idea, not make random decisions. They don’t have well-planned management. They look at their benefits

Worst management and work culture…No work-life balance. The process does not give the proper salary FX X  FX. It is also not good one asks for feedback and suggestions.

My suggestion to any new joiners is to change their minds and not come for this because when I joined this organization, I felt like it looked good, but when I got to know that they are full of politics.

If an organization wants to terminate you at first, they will put you in PIP (performance improvement program), and even if you show your improvement, they don’t care and even teach you to come out of PIP. So, any new joiners don’t go for it.

If you are thinking of temporary, then you can go. And main, you have to extend your login hours from 9hr to 10 or10:30 Then only they will consider you and note there is no extra payment for overtime

4. Relationship Manager

My colleague is supportive, and the team leader is very good.
Management is not so good.
Taking back-to-back calls is very tough for us.
The enjoyable part is making fun of the other team.

No one is there to help in the workplace. If you are doing well in the company, they will appreciate it, and if you lack in some points, they will not help you rectify it, and they will kick you out of the company.
