This place is located South of Buckeye on 40th Ave. It is the Phoenix location for pickup. You can check in by scanning the code (see photos). There are people there walking around who also direct you to a spot and can check you in.

The items are bid on their website, which is like eBay. I believe some items were returned to Amazon. Make sure you choose the correct location because there are Phoenix and Las Vegas locations.

There are some unbelievable deals.

It doesn’t matter what I buy here. Yes, prices are slightly better than new items at most websites, but 90% of the purchases are faulty, mislabeled, or damaged, and I only get things under the 4 or 5 stars. They only give you a 7-day window for returns, which is NOT a good place to buy from for any electronics or things with more than 2 components. Requesting a refund, if you’re still on time, means you have to drive all the way to one of their location which usually means about a full hour wasted and a min of $15 in gas. Buy under your own discretion.

I have bought many things from Nellis and returned 1. But I just bought a lawn decoration listed as NO MISSING PARTS. Not only are there missing parts but it’s not what was show in the picture. Nellis will not give me a Refund. I’m done. $35 down the drain.
