After a long time, a movie that did not meet with applause in the theater after a long time, I am 26 years old, this movie has everything that I have shown in my life till now. All men of my age will love it 100 times if it is a dance of laughter from the beginning and at the end of the movie we will remember our own life for many nights and the night will fill us with tears and we will watch it without taking our eyes even for a second. If i be honest, this movie will remain always stand out from all its remake (no hates , i like how they did it anyway) but the fact most north indians still don’t knw bhool bulayya is a remake and even if they knw they don’t knw its a malayalam movie remake , they think chandramukhi is the first (some way as a malayali that irritated me heheh, just malayali thing !!)
but yeah if anyone reading this review , do try to watch it because shobana doing the role of NAGAVALLI (manjulika in hindi and chandramukhi in tamil) will be remained the finest!! the other remake when tried to make it more fun based, this movie does had the fun part (how innocent and pappu sir did his role will be always memorable ,so the ganesh kumar walk hehehe). maybe the movies all the malayalis could have rewatched more than any for sure !! Lalettan being sunny , the role he played man !! those days!!that nagulan & sunny combo! the beauty of nature , women and everything !!the songs will be always that can really bring back our nostalgic days ..

I find it fascinating how they combined the settings of a large traditional Keralan household with urban legends that I can totally relate to. They also presented everything with stunning realism, provided a scientific explanation, and, perhaps most intriguingly, showed how a scientific approach can branch out to use a traditional technique to suit the subject at hand. A delicate thread of contextual and original comedy that fits like a glove with the tale has been used throughout the film to expertly manage such an interesting and involving subject! I’m incredibly proud of my Malayali heritage and culture after watching this film!

The Performance of actress Shobhana is remarkable and exceptional.She got national award for her outstanding performnace.
Mohanlal and Suresh gopi also performed well.
Humor scenes involving Innocent,Kuthiravattam Pappu and Ganesh are highly entertaining.
